How to Apply
Thank you for submitting your application to Loomis Chaffee. 
We look forward to reviewing your application and to getting to know you better. Throughout the process, you will be able to check the status of your application online. We appreciate your patience as we work towards processing your application in a timely manner.
First-time Visitors
If you are making your first inquiry to Loomis Chaffee, please fill out our Online Inquiry Form. You will then receive a login and password. Please do not make multiple inquiries using this form as it will create duplicate records for you.
Returning Visitors with Login Instructions
If you have received an email from our office with a login and password, you may proceed to the Online Application page and enter the login and password where you see "Log In" towards the bottom left of the page. Feel free to begin the application and make sure you click "Save & Next" at the bottom of every page. If you have already interviewed, you simply need to complete the application by January 15. If you have an interview coming up, we ask that you either complete Part I of the Online Application or you may download and print the PDF of the Pre-Application Interview Form and fax it to us before your interview. You also may download the entire application and submit the paper version if you prefer.
Returning Visitors without Login Instructions
If you already filled out our inquiry online and you have not yet received an email from us with your login and password, please email admission@loomis.org for assistance. Once you receive your login and password, proceed as instructed above.
